Manwa Katha: Journal of Adivasi and Folklore Studies

Manwa Katha is an annual, blind peer-reviewed journal which focuses on research that studies communities generally known as indigenous, tribal or folk. We invite papers that are based on original research that explore the social, cultural, political, historical or other aspects of their lives. The journal is committed to documenting and preserving the multiplicity of narratives that chronicle the diverse histories of tribal lives.

Scholars interested in submitting articles intended for the coming issue are requested to submit an abstract of 300-500 words (with ' Manwa Katha ' as the subject) along with a brief bio-note to .

Articles submitted should be about 7000 to 8500 words in length and should be sent as attachment as doc file. Please use the Times New Roman font, 12 point, double-spaced lines, endnotes, and follow the Chicago Manual Style of referencing.
